CTWC or known as Classic Tetris World Championship this year left a new history. Sixteen years old underdog, Joseph Saelee manage to defeat the seven times champion of CTWC, Jonas Neubauer in a three-round game perfectly. Joseph Saelee attends this championship for the first time and he never expects that he will win this championship on the first time he debut. Jonas claim that he will get his eight champion title this year, however, Joseph unexpectedly stole his dream to get eight titles this year. The feat made by Joseph is also not an easy task as well.

Not only that, but he is also the only person that managed to reach that level. So far, none of the other professional Tetris players manage to catch up with Joseph's feat. “The kid played with pure heart, the most clutch Tetris that we’ve seen from anyone,” Neubauer said after the dust had settled. “He just really had the ability, had the natural ability, and let it shine as bright as he could in his first tournament. [It’s] truly an honor to pass the torch to the new generation of Tetris players.” Joseph manages to defeat other veteran Tetris player on his first debut.
